Welcome to the cooking class! 

We'll embark on a culinary journey, exploring the heart of Sicilian
cuisine. We'll be working with the freshest ingredients, sourced from our local markets, and learning the
time-honored techniques that have been passed down through generations.
A delicious experience for everyone.
You can choose between : 1 or 2 (different menu)
1) Discovering the secrets of fresh pasta: From kneading the dough to shaping it into classic Sicilian
forms, you'll learn the art of pasta making from scratch. In this cooking class you will learn how to
prepare tagliatelle, spaghetti and ravioli. At the end we will taste our dishes while drinking a delicious
Prosecco or if you prefer a typical Sicilian DOCG red wine.                      Will welcome you with an aperitif
making you taste some Sicilian appetizers and we will conclude with his majesty The Sicilian Cannolo
with fresh Ricotta or the Tiramisu Dessert. We're waiting for you!

2) Sicilian Cuisinen: Learn the secrets of traditional recipes of Sicilian dishes.
Upon your arrival you will enjoy an accompanied aperitif with typical Sicilian delicacies. We will continue
with Pasta alla Norma, with the typical meat chops Messina style and a side dish of aubergine caponata.
We'll conclude with a delicious Sicilian cannoli with ricotta or Tiramisu dessert. Unforgettable experience
that will be a treasure to bring back and replicate in your kitchen.

Before returning to the ship we will take a tour of the city of Messina visiting the most beautiful places.
